摘    要:针对氮肥厂循环水系统出现的腐蚀问题,分析腐蚀主要原因为氨带来的pH值波动、微生物繁殖和缓蚀阻垢剂缓蚀性能不足所致.采取相应措施后循环水水质明显改善,腐蚀得到有效控制.

Abstract:Aimed at the corrosion problem of circulating cooling water system in nitrogenous fertilizer plant, this paper analyzes the factor of corrosion which is the poor performance of scale and corrosion inhibitor, pH value fluctuation Caused by ammonia and microorganism breeding. After ponding measures were taken, the quality of circulating water are obviously improved and the corrosion gets controlled effectively.
