摘    要:采用原位一步法,通过选用不同原材料和制膜工艺,制备了高反射、高导电的聚酰亚胺/银复合膜,该薄膜兼具有银的高反射率和高导电性以及聚酰亚胺的高强度和耐高低温性.银以纳米粒子形式镶嵌于聚酰亚胺表面,使银层与聚酰亚胺基体之间形成强烈的互锁结构,从而不易脱落,该薄膜可用于反射和导电涂层.

Abstract:The title polyimide -silver film wi th high reflectivity and conductivity is prepared based on various ma-terials and special film -forming te chnology by in -situ one step process,which shows high reflectivity and h igh con-ductivity provided by silver,and hi gh strength and temperature -variation resistance provided by polyimid e.Sliver exists as nano -scale particles on th e surface of polyimide,therefore,s ilver layer is bonded strongly on the polyimider matrix without peeling off.The poly imide -silver film can be used as reflective and conductive coating.
