水溶性脱硫剂反应模型研究

采用湿法脱硫工艺，利用脱硫剂与SO2进行了化学反应实验.根据气液双膜传质理论，分析了气液传质和化学反应过程，提出了水溶性脱硫剂的脱硫反应模型，并利用该模型进行了理论计算，同时总结了液滴粒径、液气比和SO2进口浓度与脱硫效率的关系.该模型虽然是在几点假设的前提下提出的，但是与实际情况基本相吻合，具有一定的实用性.

Research on Reaction Model of Water Soluble Desulphurizer with SO2

Reaction of desulphurizer with SO 2 was carried out using the wet desulphurization method. Based on the transmission theory of double film of gas and liquid, a new wet flue gas desulphurization model was suggested and the theoretical calculation was made. The diameter of liquid drop, the liquid gas ratio as well as the relationship between the concentration of SO 2 at the entrance and the desulphurizing efficient were summarized using the model. Although the model is suggested on some conjectures, it is in accordance with the real situation and is useful in practice.
