渗碳淬火齿轮畸变控制技术的研究现状

摘    要:介绍了渗碳淬火零件热处理畸变的原因,分析了热处理内应力的形成过程。根据硬齿面齿轮生产现状,分析了影响渗碳淬火齿轮畸变的因素,并提出了减小畸变的措施。指出有必要从系统控制的角度出发,在设计、原材料、锻造、预处理、机械加工、渗碳淬火等方面,对齿轮畸变进行系统化的研究,以期掌握引起齿轮在生产全过程中畸变的主要原因及减小畸变的有效措施。

Abstract:The present paper analyzed the reasons of heat treatment distortion of carburizing and hardening components and the formation process of the internal stress. The factors that influence the distortion of carburizing and hardening gears were listed and several measures to reduce heat treatment distortion were proposed. Attention should be paid to a systematic research work including design, materials, forging, machining, pretreatment, carburizing and hardening, etc. Hence the main factors causing the heat treatment distortion in the whole manufacturing process could found and appropriate measures to reduce the distortion might be taken.
