| 摘 要： | 数据包络分析(DEA)是一种评价相对有效性的线性规划方法,在投入-产出效率分析中被广泛应用,尤其适用于具有多输入、多输出以及评价对象具有多元性特征的绩效评价中.但是传统的DEA方法用于绩效评价存在许多缺陷,如不能全面评价决策单元(DMU)的绩效水平,不能反映出决策者的目的和意图,而多标准多目标DEA方法的提出弥补了这些不足.根据对多标准多目标DEA基本理论与方法的研究,提出了改进多目标多标准线性DEA模型,通过实证分析说明改进模型的优越性,而且能够用于质量管理水平评价.

| Abstract: | Data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a linear programming method for evaluating relative validity which is widely used in input-output efficiency analysis and is especially suitable for performance evaluation of diverse objects with multiple inputs and outputs.However,there are some flaws associated with the traditional DEA method.For example,it can not comprehensively evaluate the decision making unit(DMU),and can not reflect the decision-maker's intentions.However,multiple-criteria multiple-objective linear DEA overcomes these flaws.Based on the theory and method of multiple-criteria multiple-objective linear DEA,this paper puts forward an extended multiple-criteria multiple-objective linear programming DEA which could be used to evaluate the quality of management,showing the superiority of this improved method. |
