摘    要:针对PTA装置加氢反应器在高温碱环境下发生应力腐蚀的问题,采用光学显微镜和EDS等仪器对构件的腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物进行了分析,并通过ANSYS有限元软件得到了热应力大小及分布情况,得出了形成碱腐蚀的主要因素及相互作用,据此提出了相应的防护和改进措施。

Abstract:An analysis was made of the corrosion shapes and corrosion products of the components of the hydrogenation reactors of the PTA plants for their stress corrosion problems in high temperature and alkali environments using the optical microscope and EDS instruments,and the value and distribution of the heat stress were obtained through ANSYS software,the major factors of forming alkali corrosion and mutual effect were derived,and some corresponding preventions and improvements were proposed.
