抗静电汽车内饰面料的工艺研究

摘    要:叙述了采用嵌织有机导电长丝的方式来编织抗静电汽车内饰面料的方法,具体介绍了添加导电长丝的编织工艺及注意问题。经过测试,证实产品具有良好的抗静电性能,同时还分析了导电长丝的含量、间距、成圈方式等对织物抗静电性能的影响。

Abstract:In this article, organic conductive filament is used to knit antistatic automotive interior fabric. The knitting processes of conductive filament and the relevant problems are introduced in detail. The antistatic property of the finished products is tested. The test result of conductive filament content shows that the products obtain excellent antistatic property. The article also discusses the influence, interval and loop-forming manner on fabric; antistatic property.
