| 摘 要： | 通过对当前多用的劳务计价模式的深入分析,找出在此基础上的现场管理存在的不足,并提出优化后的计价模式和具体的计算方法。从心理学及管理学的角度分析了优化后的计价模式在施工管理、节约成本、提高经济效益等方面将会带来的好处。
