| 摘 要： | 408UL FDU是一个实现408UL仪器高动态范围和低噪声、低失真等技术指标的高精度采集设备,其校验功能对FDU的应用、维修具有非常重要的意义,校验功能主要是对内部电路因环境、温度、元器件老化所造成的误差进行补偿.本文针对408UL FDU的校验原理和计算方法进行了详细地分析.
