加氢裂化装置高压换热系统和加热炉改造开停工优化

摘    要:介绍了燕山分公司炼油厂中压加氢裂化装置高压换热系统及加热炉改造时开停工步骤的优化措施:①用软化水冲洗高压换热器区管道设备内的存油比用氢气或蒸汽吹扫可以起到更好的效果;②针对装置自身的特点确定设备脱氢条件既能保证脱氢质量又能节约脱氢时间;③在催化剂不卸出的情况下,通过增设临时管线并将加热炉烘炉、高压换热系统和加热炉炉管烘干与反应系统气密一起进行可收到既保护催化剂又节约时间的效果。事实证明,通过优化开停工方案,开停工总时间可控制在15天之内。

Abstract:Optimization measures for the start-up and shut-down schedule of high-pressure heat exchange system and heater revamping of middle-pressure hydrocracker in Refinery of Yanshan Company are expounded. (1) Washing the deposited oil in high-pressure heat exchanger pipeline with demineralized water is more effective than blowing it with hydrogen or steam. (2) Not only the dehydrogenation quality can be guaranteed but also dehydrogenation time can be saved with the dehydrogenation conditions determined according to the unit features. (3) Catalyst can be protected as well as the time saved by adding temporary pipeline and baking the heater without catalyst unloading. Meanwhile, high-pressure heat exchange system and heater baking is carried out simultaneously with the reaction system sealing test. Results have showed that through the schedule optimization, total time of start-up and shutdown can be controlled within 15 days.
