聚乙烯/金属锡导电复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用挤出-热拉伸-再挤出的加工工艺,在双螺杆挤出机中制备了聚乙烯(PE)/金属锡(Sn)导电复合材料,并对其微观结构、导电性能及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,金属锡在PE基体中呈现微纤化,实现了PE的导电,但是使其力学性能有所降低。

Abstract:Polyethylene(PE)/Stannum(Sn) Composites were prepared through Extrusion-Hot stretching-Reextrusion processing technology in the twin-screw extruder and the mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and microstructure were studied.The results showed that the stannum dispersed phase was stretched into fibers in the PE matrix,which realized the electrical conductivity of PE,but depressed its mechanical properties.
