| 摘 要： | 通过介绍300MW CFB锅炉缺床料启动的过程,主要论述了缺床料运行中出现的问题:床压过低,中上部床温高报警,下部床温低,甚至温度低保护动作,长时间低负荷运行;总结了缺床料运行的危害;机组效率下降,厂用电率升高,锅炉寿命缩短,提供了结焦的判断依据,达到了确保机组安全稳定经济运行的目的.
