| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于UG软件设计平台建立机床专用夹具设计模块的方法和关键技术。选择VC＋＋,UG/OPEN二次开发夹具参数化元件、组件及非标准模型库,利用机床虚拟装配仿真再现夹具装配过程。设计了系统的核心模块,通过运行实例验证,该方法可高效快捷的设计夹具,提高企业的生产准备能力,加强夹具设计的标准化、系列化。
