球轴承滑动摩擦系数的研究

摘    要:在简述球轴承摩擦的基础上,对钢球与沟道接触的滑动摩擦进行了研究,推导出了其滑动摩擦系数的计算公式,指出了阿蒙顿-库仑(Amontons-Coulomb)摩擦定理的缺陷,否定人们通常认为给定材料的两接触物体滑动摩擦系数是一常量的观点,证明了钢球-沟道接触的滑动摩擦系数是一个变量,为科学地确定球轴承现代设计中钢球与沟道接触的滑动摩擦系数,使人们对普遍物理意义上的滑动摩擦更深入地进行认识,提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:On the foundation of brief statement of mechanism of friction of the ball bearings, the study has been made for contact sliding friction between the steel balls and raceways, the calculating formulas of sliding friction coefficient has been deduced. The defect of Amontons-Coulomb friction theorem has been pointed out, the viewpoint that the sliding friction coefficient between the contact bodies is constant at the condition of given materials is negated. The study showed that the contact sliding friction coefficient between the steel balls and raceways is variable, the scientific foundation has been provided to rationally determine contact sliding friction coefficient between the steel balls and raceways in modern design of the bearings, and the deep understand for sliding friction in general physics meanings has been made.
