摘    要:对光滑圆管(0—T管)、高频焊螺旋翅片管(HF—T管)及镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管(HF—T—NL管)的磨损特性进行了实验研究,确定了各种管子的磨损量及磨损部位,并对其抗磨损性能进行了比较。结果表明:由于镍基渗层极大地提高了管材的表面硬度,同时有效地增强了管子的抗氧化腐蚀能力,从而使镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管的耐磨损性能远远优于其它两种换热管。使用镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管可大大地提高换热设备在高温含尘气流中的工作寿命。图6表4参9

Abstract:Results of an experimental invstigestigation on the wear characteristics of three types of heat transfer tubes, i.e., the ordinary steel tube (O T), the helically finned steel tube (HF T) and the helically finned steel tube with special nickel infiltration layers (HF T NL), are reported. Mass losses due to abrading and abraded regions on the surface of the tubes are carefully measured and analyzed, and the abrading characteristics of the tubes are compared to each other. It is showed that the high hardness and the high resistance to oxidization of the nickel infiltration layer on the HF T NL tube contribute to, and result in, a higher abrading resistance of the HF T NL tube than the other two types of the tube. Utilization of the HF T NL tube may considerably improve the working life of heat transfer equipments operated in dusty gas flows of high temperature. Figs 6, table 4 and refs 9.
