等离子点火技术的应用研究

摘    要:高能等离子点火装置是国家计委和国家电力公司重点推广的节能新技术。经济和环保效益明显。本课题选择上海崇明电力公司 1 4号锅炉 (2 2 0 t/h)作为等离子点火装置应用研究对象 ,根据对象特性采用现场试验、运行调整和趋势统计方法 ,从设计、运行特性和效益评价着手 ,探索等离子点火技术的有效应用途径。

Abstract:The gi-energy plasma ignition is a new energy-saving technique promoted by China National Plan Committee and State Power Company with excellent economic and environmental profit.The No.14 boiler (220 t/h) of Shanghai Chongming Electric Power Company was chosen for the application object of the plasma ignition equipment.The methods of site tests,operation debugging and trend statistics were adopted according to the characteristics of the object chosen to study the effective application approaches of plasma ignition technique from the aspects of design,operating feature and profit assessment.The working principle,field retrofit and tests,including cold test and debugging were presented.
