| 摘 要： | 地区经济与教育经费在规模增长、区域差距扩大上有着很强相似性,实证分析结果显示它们存在长期协整关系。总体上两者互为格兰杰因果关系,其中东部经济增长有利于教育经费的提高,反之不然;中部财政性经费不是经济增长的格兰杰原因;西部地区的经济与教育经费互为格兰杰因果关系。由此,各区域应实施不同政策。

| Abstract: | Regional economy and education funding have a strong similarity in the scale and the re-gional disparities expanding.It is proved that they do have a long-term integration by the empiri-cal analysis.Granger causality generally exists between each other.Economy in the eastern area can help improve the education funding,but not vice versa.The central fiscal expenditure is not Granger cause of economic growth.However,economy and education funding in the western area have mutual Granger causality.Thus,each region should implement different policies. |
