我国商业银行碳金融业务发展研究

随着二氧化碳排放的不断增加造成的温室效应加剧,节能减排背景下的低碳经济模式已成为全球共识,而低碳经济的发展也带动了碳金融的蓬勃发展。商业银行作为不可缺少的中介机构,在推动碳金融业务发展中的作用不容忽视,而支持低碳经济发展和开展碳金融业务也已成为国内外商业银行新的业务增长点。通过分析我国商业银行发展碳金融业务的意义及当前存在的问题,指出国内商业银行应抓住机遇向碳金融领域拓展,并就商业银行如何拓展碳金融业务提出了建议。

Analysis on the Development of Carbon Finance Business in Chinese Commercial Banks

With the aggravation of greenhouse effect and steady increasing of carbon dioxide emis-sion,all governments are taking measures to reduce greenhouse gas emission and low-carbon e-conomy under the background of energy conservation has become a global consensus.Develop-ment of low-carbon economy has also led to carbon finance boom,as the indispensable intermedi-aries,commercial banks′role in promoting the development of carbon finance business can not be ignored.However,support of low-carbon economic development and carbon finance business has also become a new business growth point in both national and oversea commercial banks.This pa-per analyzes the significance and the existing problems of the development of Chinese commercial banks′carbon finance business.It also points out that domestic commercial banks should seize the opportunity to expand into the carbon finance field and finally put forward some proposals on how to expand the carbon finance business for commercial banks.
