基于AVR微处理器的钢坯保温车电气系统

为钢坯运输车设计的专用保温罩,其可靠、高效工作有赖于优异的电气控制系统。采用ATMEL公司AVR微处理器为核心,并设计相关接口电路、驱动电路,最后制作出PCB控制板。该控制板能够实现对保温罩的顺序控制、延时控制及故障报警等功能。系统设有用于紧急情况的强制按钮。

The Development of the Electrical System in Billet Insulation Vehicles Based on the AVR Microprocessor

For the purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption,designing the special insulation cover for billet transport vehicle has gradually become the industry consensus.The design of a reliable and efficient insulation cover depends on its excellent electrical control system.This paper researched and de-signed a set of insulation cover electrical control system,using ATMEL AVR microprocessor as the core, and designing the interface circuit,drive circuit,and finally making the PCB control board.The control board of the insulation cover can realize the sequence control,timing control and fault alarm function.The system has a forced button for emergency cases.All of those ensure the reliability,stability,convenience of the control system.
