摘    要:分析辊缝仪的工作原理,找到辊缝测量传感器触头容易磨损、弹簧强度不够等制约辊缝仪测量数据准确性提高的主要原因,并通过制定辊缝测量传感器校验规范、优化辊缝测量时间和角度仪的安装规范,使辊缝仪测量数据的准确性大幅度提高。

The Measurement Error Analysis and Improvement of the Roll Checker

Abstract:This paper analyzed the working principle of the roll checker and has the following findings.The easy-to-wear roll gap measurement sensor contact and poor spring strength are the main causes which con-strained the improvement of the accuracy of measured data.By formulating the calibration standard of roll checker measurement sensor and optimizing the measurement time and installation specification of incli-nometer,the accuracy of the measured data of the roll gap was greatly improved.
