神府煤孔隙特征及活性结构对自燃的影响研究

摘    要:利用压汞法和傅立叶红外光谱分析技术,对研究较少的神府煤样进行了测试与分析。结果表明,孔隙结构会影响煤样自燃的难易,但并不能以此判断煤样是否易燃,还要取决于煤表面活性结构的种类和数量;煤氧复合反应中,早期参与反应的活性基团主要有羟基、甲基、亚甲基及酚醇醚酯的碳氧键等活性结构;含氧官能团在SW煤样的氧化过程中起了较大的作用,说明活性结构在煤氧反应中影响较大,其中含氧官能团在煤炭自燃过程中起着关键性作用。

Abstract:Mercury porosimetry and Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) were used to study the Shenfu coal.The results demonstrate that pore characteristics can be related to the coal spontaneous combustion,but the variety and quantity of the surface active structure are more important to determine the combustion of coal.Many active groups participate in the oxidation of coal,involving hydroxyl,methyl,methylene and C-H bond of hydroxybenzene,alcohol,ether and ester,and so on.Oxygen groups have played a significant role in...
