摘    要:研究了焊接电流对ST44钢压平缝焊接头组织和强度的影响,发现未熔合缺陷是造成接头的主要原因,提高焊接电流可以减小未熔合缺陷的尺寸,提高接头的强度。

Abstract:The influence of welding current on the structure and strength of the welded joint ofmash-seam-welding in ST44 has been studied. It was found that the welding-off-defect is the main reasonfor low strength of welding joint, and the size Of the welding-off-defect will be decreased with the increaseof welding currentat at the infusion-zone and the strength of joint improved.
