摘    要:本文研究了叔胺N-235煤油溶液从铜电解液中萃取铋的工艺流程。此流程是由萃取、反萃取和沉淀法回收铋等工序所组成。为了推荐优化的工艺参数,本文以分配系数和萃取率为目标选择并确定了有机相组成、萃取相比、温度等萃取参数;以反萃取率和沉淀率为目标推荐了反萃取剂组成和沉淀酸度等合理的工艺参数。

Abstract:An integrated process for the extraction of bismuth from the copper electrolyte by organic solvent has been studied. The process includes extraction, stripping and recovery of As, Sb, Bi from the stripping solution.Having distribution coefficient and extraction percentage as technique goal of extraction, optimum parameters such as the composition of organic phase, volume ratio between liquor phase and organic phase and temperature were proposed. Having stripping and precipitating rates as technique goal, reasonable composition of washing liquor and pH value of precipitation was determined.
