摘    要:在川西致密碎屑岩气藏整体压裂开发中,有机硼交联压裂液体系获得了广泛应用,但原有的有机硼交联剂DY2-1性能不很稳定,易出现低温结晶或沉淀物,影响了压裂液交联效果。文章从有机硼交联剂改性的理论分析入手,详细分析了硼砂、硼酸的水解反应特性和络合性质,并以提高有机硼交联剂合成反应的彻底性和性能稳定性为目标,对合成工艺进行了优化改进,改变了传统的“在同一合成反应中不能既加酸又加碱作助剂”的思维定式,在合成的不同反应阶段分别加入酸、碱助剂,最后得到改进的有机硼交联剂DY2—1。改性后的DY2—1凝固点为-10 ℃,其低温稳定性得到显著改善。现场应用表明这种交联剂性能优良,值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract:Organic boron crosslinker fracturing fluid is widely applied to the integral fracturing of the tight clastic rock gas reservoir in west Sichuan Basin. But the original organic boron crossliker DY 2-1 is of unsteady property and easy produces low temperature crystals or sediments to affect the crosslinker results of fracturing fluid. Through theoretically analyzing the modification of organic boron crossliker, the hydrolysis and complexing properties of borax and boric acid are studied in details. In order to make the synthetic reaction of organic boron crassliker more thorough and the crosslinker be of good steady property, the traditional thinking mode of synthetic technology, i.e. it is can’t be done to add both acid and alkali in the same synthetic reaction, is changed in this paper. The improved organic boron crossliker DY 2-1 is obtained by respectively adding acid or alkali at the different stage of synthetic reaction. The solidifying point of the improved crosslinker DY 2-1 is -10 ℃ and its low temperature steady property is obviously improved. The favorable properties of the improved crosslinker are proved by on the spot application.
