氟硅油高温性能的研究

摘    要:对氟硅油的高温性能,包括热氧化安定性、粘度-温度性能、高温蒸发损失、与橡胶的相容性、润滑性等进行了研究,并同国外同类产品和国内的酯类航空润滑油进行了比较。研究结果表明,氟硅油的热氧化安定性明显优于酯类油。通过加入合适的抗氧剂,其热氧化安定性还可明显提高。

Abstract:High temperature properties of fluoro silicones, including oxidation stability, viscosity, evaporation losses, compatibility with rubbers and lubricity,was studied and compared with the same type oil at abroad and with the ester type oil at home The results indicate that the oxidation stability of fluoro silicones is higher than the ester type oil The suitable antioxidant may improve its oxidation stability
