树脂结合剂金刚石线锯的研究进展

摘    要:随着太阳能电池制造业的发展,大直径硅片需求量日益增加,线锯切割技术得到广泛应用.文章概述了树脂结合剂金刚石线锯的研究现状,并提出树脂结合剂金刚石线锯的发展趋势是研究多层树脂结合剂金刚石线锯、缩小锯丝直径、采用高分子材料代替金刚石磨粒、提高锯丝使用寿命.

Abstract:With the development of Solar cells manufacturing, demand of large size silicon wafers is increasing. Wire saw cutting technology is widely used. The research status of resin bonded diamond wire saw was introduced. In addition, further development trend was also pointed, to research multi-layer resin bonded diamond wire saw, reduce the saw wire diameter, adopt polymer materials instead of diamond abrasives and increase life cycle.
