数控滚齿机硬齿面刮削加工方案设计

摘    要:随着数控机床、刀具和新型材料等技术的飞跃发展,硬齿面二次刮削工艺得到越来越广泛的应用.文章通过对硬齿面齿轮二次刮削加工工艺的简单介绍和分析,指出传统硬齿面齿轮二次刮削找正方式上存在的不足,提出一种基于西门子840D数控系统并结合非接触式传感器的数控滚齿机自动对刀装置系统的设计方法,以实现硬齿面齿轮二次刮削的自动测量找正.结果表明:该系统运行可靠,控制精度高,经过企业投入生产应用,取得了很好的效果.

Abstract:With the rapid development of CNC machine tools, cutter and new materials technology, skiving manufacturing process of hard surface gear was widely applied. This paper analyzed second scraping process of hard surface gear, pointed out the drawback of traditional gear scraping process, proposed a kind design method of automatic tool setting device of CNC gear hobbing machine based on Siemens 840D CNC system combined with non-contact sensor, to realize the automatic alignment in second scraping process reliable with high control precision; it achieved good results of hard surface gear. The results show that: the system is through the production and application in enterprises.
