摘    要:开发一种用于太阳能吸收式制冷机的新型的管壳式冷凝器,其主要作用是将发生器排出的过热制冷剂蒸气冷凝成为冷凝温度下的饱和液体,经U形管节流后进入蒸发器吸热蒸发,达到制冷目的.与传统的冷凝器相比,它采用了外螺纹强化换热管,强化了管外传热,具有换热系数大、体积小、成本低廉、不易结垢等优点.并加装了折流板,增加了气体与管壁的接触时间,从而增强了换热效果.

Abstract:A kind of new shell-and-tube condenser, part of the solar cooling system was introduced. Its major function is to convert the overheated refrigerant steam which comes from the generator to saturated liquid under condensing temperature. The liquid enters the evaporator to evaporate through U tube to achieve refrigeration. Compared with traditional condenser, it uses the heat-exchang tube with external thread to strengthen the heat transfer outside the tube. It has advantages of higher heat transfer coefficient, smaller volume and lower cost. The baffle boards design increases the contact time of steam and tube wall, thus strengthens the heat transfer effect. This paper described the condenser's principle, structure and function. 3D assembly was designed.
