| 摘 要： | 对建设在海拔高、风沙大、紫外线辐射强、昼夜温差大等自然条件下的5万t/a尿素法水合肼生产装置试运行中存在的问题（设备和管道衬里龟裂、变形,次氯酸钠冷却器堵塞,水合肼收率低,水合肼反应器结垢,DTB结晶器堵塞）,进行了分析、改造.改造后,装置达到了平稳、长周期运行的目标,且各项消耗和产能接近设计要求.

| Abstract: | Problems existing in the trial run of 50 kt/a urea-process hydrazine hydrate facility were analyzed. The facility was built in a place under natural conditions such as high altitude, strong dusty wind, strong ultraviolet radiation, and large temperature difference between day and night. The problems included liner crack and deformation of equipment and pipes, blockage of sodium hypochlorite cooler, low yield of hydrazine hydrate, scaling in hydrazine hydrate reactor, and blockage of DBT crystallizer. Improvement were made to achieve the aims of smooth and long-period running of the facility, and all consumption figures and capacity approached design requirement. |
