摘    要:在生活和工业用水中,硝酸盐、氨氮离子超标会严重危害到人们的身体健康.利用特定配比的溶液进行水质净化是检验水质净化设备性能的重要方法.针对当前溶液配比装置不能实现持续配比、操作繁琐、配比精度低等问题,利用LabVIEW软件控制技术,设计可持续进行溶液配比的装置,研制专用的控制软件,实现溶液的持续配比和输出.实验研究表明:溶液配比精度达到95%以上,水质净化结果符合要求,达到非常好的实验效果.

Abstract:In the water for life and industry, the over standard nitrate and ammonia nitrogen ions have seriously detriment for human health. The use of specific proportion solution for water purification is a main method to detect the function of water purification device. In this paper, a continuously proportioning device which has specific control software and can achieve continuously proportion and export solution ,is designed by the LabVIEW control technology. This device can solve the problem-discontinuous proportion, complicated operation and low proportion precision-which exists in the current proportion device. Experimental results show that the device works well for continuously proportion and export solution and the average accuracy rate achieves over 95%.
