摘    要:薄板坯连铸连轧工艺有两个发展趋向:超薄带钢生产线和多品种生产线。针对这两种不同类型生产线的要求,提出了相应的总体配置方案,包括生产线产能和产品的品种及规格确定;铸坯合理厚度、薄板坯连铸机流数、机型、结晶器类型的选择;加热方式的选择及辊底式加热炉炉长的计算;粗轧机组和精轧机组的配置及铁素体轧制和半无头轧制技术的应用等。

Abstract:Thin slab casting and rolling technology has been developing toward two directions: ultra-thin strip production and multiple steel grades production. General layouts are proposed according to the different requirements of the two production lines, as a reference to new thin slab casting and rolling line construction. The annual output, steel grades and strip thickness of each line are given. In aspect of thin slab caster, three kinds of mould, funnel-shaped mould(CSP), H 2 mould(FTSC) and parallel mould(Conroll), are discussed and two main machine types (vertical-bending and vertical-curved), which affect the slab thickness and metallurgical length, are compared. The metallurgical length of vertical-curved thin slab caster is also calculated. Three types of reheating furnaces: walking-beam furnace, roll hearth reheating furnace and induction-heating furnace are compared and the calculation of roll hearth reheating furnace length is also introduced. Configurations of roughing mill and finishing mill for two typical lines are studied. The application of semi-endless rolling and ferrite rolling technologies for ultra thin strip production are discussed as well.
