| 摘 要： | 高强度钢板成形时，回弹是成形中的主要缺陷之一，控制回弹首先要对回弹量进行准确预测。本文采用有限元分析软件DANAFORM，对汽车前保险杠内板成形过程中的回弹进行了数值模拟仿真，并对模拟结果进行了分析。然后根据模拟结果对模具型面进行了调整，并应用于模具实际制造中，最终生产出了合格的产品。

| Abstract: | FEM software Dynaform has been used to simulate the springback in the process of front bumper inner board forming and the result of simulation also has been analyzed.With the results of simulation,we modified the die face, and applied it to the process of die manufacture with an eligible result gained. |
