| 摘 要： | 从理论上分析研究了金刚石粒度、浓度和包镶能力与工具单位唇面上工作刃长的关系，结合试验资料，初步设定了刃长变化与引起的工作间隙变化之间的数学关系式，建立了包含工作间隙变化在内的粒度、浓度、包镶能力与工具功耗、寿命的关系的数学模型。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the relationship between the grain size, concentration and retention of diamond and working edge length on unit lip face theoretically. A mathematical formula between edge length variation and associated working gap variation has been deduced initially, combined with experimental data and a mathematical model of the relationship between grain size, concentration, retention and tool's power loss and service life has been set up. |
