| 摘 要： | 为了提高宁夏通信系统的自动化管理水平,对宁夏通信网资源进行集中、有效、完整、准确的管理,使通信网资源管理实现科学流程化管理,宁夏电力通信公司建立了一套完整有效的资源管理系统。本文详细介绍了宁夏电力通信网资源管理系统的建设目的、要求、结构、功能,提出了建设中存在的问题及解决办法,最后指出了其在宁夏电力通信网中发挥的巨大作用。

Introduces construction's purpose,requirement,construction and function of Ningxia electric power communication network of communication resource management system. Puts forward existing problem and solving method. Finally indicates the effect on Ningxia electric power communication network. |
