| 摘 要： | 由纺织品绿色标签认证引发对纺织技术人员国际资格认定问题的思考，文中讨论了这一工作在经济全球化中的发展趋势，介绍了国际纺织学会关于TI资格认定的现状，分析了日本人针对此问题的行动动向，呼吁我国纺织行业要关注技术人员的国际资格问题和重视对纺织教育机构的认证工作．

| Abstract: | The thought about the international qualification of textile technical personnel is arisen by authenticating the grade label of textiles. The development current of the international qualification about the technical personnel in economy globing is discussed, and the actuality of TI qualification by the international textile institute is introduced. And the pulse of Japan to this question is analyzed. It is appealed that Chinese textile industry should attend the international qualification of technical personnel and attach importance to the authentication for the textile education organization. |
