细纱机改造与专件、器材的应用

Modification of the Spinning Frame and Application of Textile Accessories

To solve the quality problem of in the cotton yarn and cotton fabric, analysis is done to the modification of the spinning frame and the selection of the accessories and the parts. Highlight is given to the modification of the spinning frame by selection of accessories and parts regarding energy economy and spinning varieties and quality requirement. Conclusion is made that modification of the spinning frame in the draft and winding systems ont only improves the quality of cotton yarn and cotton fabric,but also markedly reduce the energy consumption. Different spinning varieties and quality index have different requirement of the accessories and parts as well as the impact of the modification of the spinning system and accessories and parts on the spinning efficiency, manufacturing cost, profit, effect, cotton quality index. It proves that modification of the old spinning frame regarding spinning elements, accessories, parts have big improvement on quality stablization of cotton yarn and cotton fabric.
