摘    要:针对采用三坐标测量机对转向器上护罩进行逆向设计后生成的三维模型,通过UG软件建模及分析功能,把建立的模型与该零件原形相比较,进行详细的尺寸误差分析,探讨误差产生的基本原因和减小误差的基本方法,确立了测量方法的正确途径。

Abstract:Aiming at auto steering pole's envelopes based 3D medel which is created in converse design by the three coordinate measuring machine, the detail dimensions error analysis is included, which is based on the comparison between UG model and part prototype. The basic causes of the error and methods about how to reduce the error are then approached. The correct measuring method is given.
