压裂-充填综合防砂技术的研究与应用

摘    要:压裂-充填综合防砂技术是针对高渗油藏开发中因地层出砂、地层结构破坏导致油井减产或停产而研究的一项新型增产措施。本文在分析油井出砂原因及砾石充填防砂工艺局限性的基础上,对压裂—充填综合防砂技术的技术实质、减缓出砂的原因、工艺步骤以及实施效果等进行了研究与分析。该技术在大港油田已应用70余井次,成功率达814%,有效期均半年以上,为合理高效开发高渗出砂油藏提供了一条新的途径

Abstract:The fracture packing sand controlling technique is a kind of new recoveryenhancing measure aimed at high penetrative reserviors.On the basis of analyses of sand production cause and packing limitations, the paper discussed the sand controlling mechanism,technical design and field operations as well as the sand controlling results. The technique has been applied over 70 times, and the success rate is up to 81.4%, sand controlling duration is over half year.
