基于光纤MZ干涉仪光纤AE传感器的灵敏度分析

摘    要:介绍了光纤传感器的应用和S状声发射(AE)传感器结构。给出此类光纤声发射传感器和超声波之间的相互作用以及基于光纤MZ干涉仪的此类传感器灵敏度的理论分析。最后给出由Matlab得到此类光纤声发射传感器灵敏度分析的模拟结果。

Abstract:Introduced the applicatoin of optical fiber sensor and the fabrication of optical fiber acoustic emission(AE) sensor of "S" figure. Gave interaction between the ultrasonic wave and optical fiber AE sensor. Gave the theoretical analysis of sensitivity of optical fiber sensor based on optical fiber Mach-Zehnder(MZ) interferometer.At last, gave the simulative result of sensitivity analysis of this optical fiber AE sensor via Matlab software.
