煅烧及酸洗高岭土结构与性能的研究

摘    要:本文叙述了煅烧高岭土的主要作用,探讨了最佳煅烧温度和时间,研究了煅烧温度和时间对高岭土晶体结构的破坏程度以及性能之间的关系.对于煅烧高岭土能改善PVC电缆料的电气绝缘性能给予了合理的理论解释,提出了煅烧高岭土可以兼作PVC树脂热稳定剂的说法.

Abstract:This paper describes major function of calcined kaolin. By means of x ray and DSC, a result was obtained that destruction degree of the kaoline crystal was increased with the rising of calcination temperature and the prolonging of calcination time. It is advanced that the calcined kaolin not only serves as insulating modifier of PVC for cables but also heat stabilizer of it.
