用诱导三眠蚕茧试制16dtex(13/15D)“花神”名牌丝

引进用生物激素诱导三眠蚕茧生产超细纤度生丝的技术,并用该蚕茧开发试制16dtex(13/15D)“花神”名牌丝。通过茧质调查表明,诱导三眠蚕茧具有解舒丝长,解舒率高,茧丝综合均方差小,清洁、净度好,茸毛分级度高等特点。开发试制结果,缫制成绩主要指标均达“花神”5A、6A标准。

Name Brand "Huashen" Raw Silk Tentatively Developed with Induced Trimoulter Cocoons

The technology of processing ultra-fine raw silk with biohormone-induced trimoulter cocoons is introduced in the development of the name brand "Huashen" raw silk 16 detex (13/15D). The investigations conducted on cocoon quality show that the induced trimoulter cocoons possess such advantages as longer non-breaking length of bave, higher reelability percentage and exfoliation grade standards, better cleanness and neatness, but lower mean-square deviation. The newly-developed raw silk meets the standards of "Huashen" raw silk 5- 6A.
