| 摘 要： | 为了更好的应对OTT及IPTV的冲击，面向多终端的互动点播平台成为广电运营商可行之路。智能机顶盒的发展和广电网络的不断扩容也为基于IP技术的互动点播平台建设和运营提供保障。本文以河北广电网络秦皇岛有限公司为例，描述了以安卓机顶盒和智能移动终端为载体，实现直播、回看、点播服务设计与实践过程。

| Abstract: | In order to better cope with the impact of OTT and IPTV, interactive on-demand for multi-terminal platform becomes feasible way radio and television operators. Intelligent set-top box development and continuous expansion of radio and television networks also provide protection for IP-based interactive on-demand platform for construction and operation. In this paper, Qinhuangdao, Hebei Radio and Television Network Co., for example, describes a set-top box and smart Android mobile terminal for the carrier to achieve live, looking back, inhouse design and practice. |
