| 摘 要： | 核爆电磁脉冲波在由近区向远区传播过程中，由于受大地－电离层波导的作用，会发生频谱漂移和色散现象，从而使远区探测到的电磁信号表现出明显的时变谱特征，根据产生该现象的物理机理，引入时频分析工具，对实际数据进行处理和分析，获得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Due to the influence of ground and F layer, the frequency-floating and color-dispersing phenomena may happen when the NEMP (Nuclear-explosion Electromagnetic Pulse) spreading aboard, so that the signals which were from the far regions appear time-varying spectrum characteristic distinctly. To analyse and show this phenomenon more clearly, time-frequency analysis is used and the experiment show that Chirplet transform is a better tool. |
