软土地层基坑高位桩稳定技术

摘    要:在软土地层的条件下,桩基工程先行施工,其后在离桩基邻近处进行基坑开挖,这是违反了基础工程先深后浅的施工原则,实际施工中往往又不可避免地出现这种情况,且引起高位桩倾斜、断裂等工程事故,为此文章从工程实践中对此情况进行分析提出软土地层基坑高位桩稳定技术作为施工技术方案,成功地实用于工程中。

Abstract:Under the soft soil foundation,when the pile poundation carried out first and the excavation work followed it near to pile foundation,that is violation of foundation engineering’s principle "deep first".But,in construction practice,there are such unavoidable things,which will cause accident of high pile inclining and breaking.The paper analyses the stabilization technique of high pile foundation in soft soil and explains the practical application of this technique in construction successively.
