锂电池内阻及其成组连接对电池管理系统的影响分析

摘    要:针对储能式应急电源系统采用磷酸铁锂电池后出现的故障现象,搭建充放电测试平台,基于采样电路原理,分析了电池内阻和极耳连接片上接触电阻对电池电压采集产生影响的原因,从电池PACK工艺和电池管理系统保护阈值设置等方面提出了具体的解决方案。在此基础上,研究了多台电源在充电和放电条件下并联使用时,开路电压对其工作状态和工作电流的自我调节过程。测试结果表明:根据电芯实际性能,合理设置电池管理系统参数,减小电池连接处接触电阻,电源系统便能稳定可靠运行。

Abstract:Based on the failure phenomenon of energy storage emergency power system after using Li-ion battery stacks,a charging and discharging experimental platform is built,the internal resistance of battery core and the contact resistance of electrode tab connection piece can influence sampling of battery voltage,then reasons for interference are analyzed.To solve the above problems,concrete solutions from battery PACK technology and protection threshold settings of battery management system(BMS) are proposed.On this basis,when multiple power supplies is used in parallel connection under charging and discharging conditions,the effect of open-circuit voltage on self-regulating process of working state and working current is studied.Test results show that the parameters of BMS are setted reasonably according to the actual performance of electric core,and the contact resistance is also reduced,the power supply can run stably and reliably.
