摘    要:应用生态经济学中生态产业链的规划设计方法,探讨我国有色金属行业生态化低碳经济的实现途径。通过分析我国有色金属产业链上采矿、选矿、冶炼与加工环节在生态化低碳经济发展中存在的主要问题,提出了生态低碳改造与规划设计相结合,采矿与选矿企业生态低碳化,冶炼与加工企业生态低碳化,提升自主科技创新能力,建立生态低碳技术支撑体系的生态低碳实现途径,以保障有色金属资源安全,保护自然生态环境,实现我国有色金属行业生态化低碳发展。

Abstract:Applying the ecological planning and design method of ecological industry chain in ecological economics, to explore the realization approach towards ecologicalization and low-carbon economy in non-ferrous metal industry in our country. Through analyzing main existing problems of each link point of mining and beneficiation, smelting and processing in Chinese non-ferrous metal industry chain in developing process towards ecologicalization and low-carbon economy, the realization approaches towards ecological ecologicalization and low-carbon economy in Chinese non-ferrous metal industry are put forward, which are combining ecological transformation with ecological planning and design, making mining and beneficiation enterprises, as well as smelting and processing enterprises ecologicalization and low-carbon, enhancing scientific and autonomous technological innovation ability, and setting up low-carbon technology supporting system, in order to ensure the security of non-ferrous metal resources, protect the natural ecological environment, and realize ecologicalization and low-carbon development in Chinese non-ferrous metal industry.
