吉木萨尔致密油钻井提速技术与实践

摘    要:水平井技术是实现致密油开发的重要途径。2013年在吉木萨尔致密油区开展了水平井井组开发先导性试验,针对水平井裸眼长、水平段长、位移大的特点,及钻遇地层井壁易垮塌、井漏、机械钻速低、钻井周期长等主要技术难点,在分析地层特征的基础上,通过优化简化井身结构、井眼轨迹控制、优化钻井液体系、开展个性化钻头及小井眼降摩减扭措施和配套工具的技术攻关和现场应用,初步形成了一套吉木萨尔致密油水平井钻井提速技术,同比机械钻速提高98.27%、钻井周期缩短17.92%,为吉木萨尔致密油长水平段水平井进一步提速及规模应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Horizontal well drilling technology is a critical way for tight oil development. In 2013, a pilot test was carried out for horizontal well group in tight oil area in Jimusar. In view of long openhole, great displacement of horizontal section, and technical difficulties such as collapse wellbore, lost circulation, low penetration rate and long drilling cycle, a technology for increasing drilling rate for tight oil in Jimusar has been preliminarily generated. It is based on analysis of formation features, optimizing the wellbore configuration, control of wellbore trajectory, optimizing drilling fluid system, making individual drilling bits, reducing drag and torque in slim hole and field application of supporting tools. As a result, the penetration rate was increased by 98.27%, and drilling cycle was shortened by 17.92%. The technology lays solid foundations for further speeding up and larger application scale of long horizontal sections for tight oil in Jimusar.
