| 摘 要： | 针对宝钢分公司条钢厂钢坯连轧机存在的孔型系统繁杂、兼容性差、配辊困难等问题,对A、B、C 3个系列的孔型系统及相关规格提出了优化合并重组方案,并制定了相应的工艺技术及操作规范,从而简化了孔型系列,降低了配辊难度,减少了操作废品率,使生产稳定顺行。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems of pass system,such as complex,bad compatibility and difficult arrangement of continuous billet mill for round bar at Long Products Mill of Baosteel,the three series pass systems were op- timized.Mean while,the related process specifications and operation schemes were established.The practical production show that these improvements simplified pass system and reduced roll arrangement difficulty. |
