| 摘 要： | 某住宅楼因安装设备需要,未经许可私自对承重结构进行变动造成了局部破坏,由于对原结构设计不了解,虽事后进行了加固处理,但未能达到预期的效果。本文对其造成的潜在后果及补救措施作了介绍。

| Abstract: | The bearing structure of a domestic building was partly damaged due to alteration with no permission. Lacking enough knowledge of structure design, strengthening construction failed to meet the expectation. This paper introduces the damage and provides disposal methods. |
