摘    要:介绍一种提升钢丝绳动态信号监测处理系统的设计方案,发射系统和接收系统以AT89C55单片机为主控制器,由传感器采集动态张力数据,调制解调芯片调制发送数据,由RS-485无线远程传输给上位机,进行数据存储处理和故障报警等。

Abstract:A scheme of dynamic monitoring system for hoist rope is introduced. AT89C55 is used as main controller of transmitting and receiving system, sensor collects the signal of tension , the transmitting data is modulated by modem chip, and the received data is long-range transmitted to the upper device through RS-485, where memory and management of the data and alarming for hoist failures are realized.
